What do we strive for?
We strive to acquire the virtues and use these virtues in or day to day lives, including our work. We see our careers as a means of holiness and serving others. Because of the above, we endeavour that all aspects of our lives, including our work are adequately lived. We maintain a strict work-life balance in-order to live fulfilled lives.

Gerald Chibuikem Oyudo is a dedicated, inquisitive and innovative solutions architect with a passion for using technology to enhance people's lives. Based in Athlone, Ireland, Gerald's professional journey is marked by a consistent commitment to excellence and leadership in various technical roles, respect for all and total honesty.
He holds a First Class B.Sc. Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Lagos, where he achieved an impressive C.G.P.A. of 4.81. Gerald's academic excellence was recognized through multiple awards, including the University of Lagos Certificate of Excellence and the NNPC/MOBIL Producing Nigeria Unlimited Scholarship Award.
Gerald's career spans several key positions, including his current role as the founder of Mariarch, where he mentors software developers and designs innovative solutions like a web hosting framework for Catholic churches and a universal Catholic hymnal. Previously, as a Solutions Architect at Zinkworks Limited, he played a pivotal role in the development of the Catalyst Framework and the redesign of major client-facing applications for CITI bank. His expertise extends to roles such as Enterprise Architect at TeamApt and Software Developer at Aurea Software, where he contributed to the development of critical financial and social media applications.
Known for his honesty, transparency, and client-centric approach, Gerald excels in managing technical project deliveries, mentoring developers, and designing scalable, cloud-based solutions. His technical skills encompass a wide range of tools and frameworks, including java and spring framework, javascript and angular, microservices, cloud technologies like AWS, GCP and Azure, and distributed ledger technology.
Outside his professional life, Gerald is a natural leader and active community member in Athlone. He is a dedicated father and holds leadership roles in various community groups, exemplifying his commitment to guiding and inspiring others with love and humility.
